Stenographer Grade-II, Grade-III और Assistant Grade-III समेत चार तरह के पदों पर निकली vacancy; application 6 अक्टूबर से शुरू, selection में online exam और skill test अहम।
जबलपुर। मध्य प्रदेश में सरकारी नौकरी की तैयारी कर रहे graduates के लिए नया मौका आया है। Madhya Pradesh High Court Recruitment 2026 के तहत जिला एवं सत्र न्यायालयों में कुल 418 पदों पर सीधी भर्ती के लिए आवेदन शुरू हो गए हैं। भर्ती में Stenographer Grade-II, Stenographer Grade-III, Stenographer Grade-III (Court Manager Staff) और Assistant Grade-III (English Knowing) के पद शामिल हैं।
High Court of Madhya Pradesh की भर्ती से जुड़े Advertisement No. 666/Exam/2026 के अनुसार online applications 6 अक्टूबर 2026 दोपहर 12 बजे से शुरू हुए हैं। Eligible candidates 27 अक्टूबर 2026 शाम 5 बजे तक application और fee payment पूरा कर सकते हैं।
इस recruitment की सबसे बड़ी खासियत यह है कि 418 vacancies में 299 पद अकेले Stenographer Grade-III के हैं। ऐसे में shorthand, typing और computer qualification रखने वाले candidates के लिए यह बड़ी opportunity बन सकती है।
किस पद पर कितनी Vacancy?
MP High Court Recruitment 2026 में vacancies को चार categories में बांटा गया है:
- Stenographer Grade-II: 69 पद
- Stenographer Grade-III: 299 पद
- Stenographer Grade-III (Court Manager Staff): 20 पद
- Assistant Grade-III (English Knowing): 30 पद
इस तरह कुल 418 vacancies पर recruitment की जाएगी। नियुक्तियां Madhya Pradesh के District and Sessions Courts establishments में होंगी।
कौन कर सकता है Apply?
इन posts के लिए basic educational qualification recognized university से graduation है। इसके अलावा post के हिसाब से CPCT score card, computer qualification और Hindi या English shorthand से जुड़ी eligibility की जरूरत हो सकती है।
यानी सिर्फ graduation होना हर post के लिए पर्याप्त नहीं माना जाना चाहिए। उम्मीदवार जिस पद के लिए आवेदन करना चाहता है, उसे official advertisement में उस post की technical qualification, shorthand speed और computer requirement जरूर check करनी चाहिए।
Stenographer posts खास तौर पर skill-based हैं, इसलिए candidates को application submit करने से पहले अपनी shorthand qualification और certificates verify कर लेने चाहिए।
Age Limit कितनी है?
Recruitment details के मुताबिक minimum age 18 वर्ष रखी गई है। सामान्य category के eligible male candidates के लिए upper age limit सामान्य तौर पर 40 वर्ष बताई गई है, जबकि applicable reserved categories और eligible candidates को rules के अनुसार relaxation मिल सकती है। Age calculation की crucial date 1 जनवरी 2026 है।
Candidates को age relaxation पर केवल अपनी category देखकर अनुमान नहीं लगाना चाहिए; MP domicile, gender, category और अन्य eligibility conditions के आधार पर rules अलग हो सकते हैं।
Selection कैसे होगा?
यह recruitment केवल academic marks के आधार पर नहीं होगी। Reported selection structure में पहले 100 marks की Online Preliminary Examination होगी।
इसके बाद shortlisted candidates के लिए relevant Hindi/English Stenography Skill Test आयोजित किया जाएगा, जो 100 marks का होगा।
इसलिए Stenographer posts की तैयारी करने वाले candidates को written examination के साथ shorthand speed और accuracy पर भी बराबर focus करना होगा।
Exam की तारीख अभी घोषित नहीं की गई है। Candidates को High Court की official website पर examination और admit-card updates नियमित रूप से check करते रहना चाहिए।
Application Fee कितनी है?
Recruitment details के मुताबिक Unreserved और other-state candidates के लिए कुल online application fee करीब ₹943.40बताई गई है।
Madhya Pradesh के eligible OBC, SC, ST, EWS और Divyang candidates के लिए यह करीब ₹743.40 है। Final payment से पहले official application portal पर दिखाई गई fee जरूर verify करें।
Form में गलती हुई तो मिलेगा Correction का मौका
Candidates के लिए application correction window भी रखी गई है। Form edit करने की प्रक्रिया 30 अक्टूबर 2026 दोपहर 12 बजे से शुरू होगी और 1 नवंबर 2026 शाम 5 बजे तक चलेगी।
फिर भी candidates को नाम, date of birth, category, qualification और contact details पहली बार में ही सावधानी से भरनी चाहिए। हर field correction window में editable हो, यह जरूरी नहीं है।

सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि application window अभी नई खुली है। इसलिए candidates के पास certificates, CPCT, shorthand qualification और अन्य documents verify करके form भरने के लिए पर्याप्त समय है—लेकिन 27 अक्टूबर शाम 5 बजे अंतिम deadline है।
